A multitude of applications
The Sirop de Liège Martine Meurens is not at all limited to breakfast toasts: it makes possible a multitude of applications and recipes. Very handy with croissant, it sweetens yogurts and is the perfect fruity topping for pancakes, waffles or ice cream.
This syrup has no culinary limits and can be used in salad dressings, to caramelize spare-ribs or to pleasantly accompany a cheese platter. It will beautifully lighten up your creativity!
In addition, this syrup is a very healthy alternative to toppings. We use indeed 400 g of fruit to produce 100 g of syrup! A serving of 15 g represents only 2% of the daily caloric needs. The Syrup fruity notes are vigorous, tasty, natural and without any addition of flavorings.
